International Shipping

BloomShire proudly serves customers worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking details to monitor the progress of your shipment. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At BloomShire, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.For health, beauty, and personal care products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We are happy to replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the item received.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as BloomShire cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of shipment.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used beauty and personal care products
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Products marked as non-returnable


Damaged or Incorrect Orders
